Been here for a vacation and absolutely enjoyed the stay. The rooms are big and spacious. They have multiple restaurants and food taste good, though bit expensive. Amenities are good and well maintained. There is a private beach attached to the resort and it is clean and tidy.The corridors were like dungeon with very less lightning, especially the one where we stayed. Overall it was a pleasant stay

The property is just heaven. It’s well maintained with a private beach and beautiful huge swimming pool. The staff is courteous, quick and kind. Also, usually buffet breakfasts have just the variety but not the taste. Here, everyday for my 6 days of stay, the food was tasteful and with balanced flavours except the tea which had considerable scope of improvement. However, overall experience not less 10 on 10.

The location was extraordinary. Hence visited for the second time. We stayed for 4 days here, the first day, we faced a problem with hot water. With half a day of struggle they finally changed our room. The brunch ofcourse was really good and full of variety. Dinner was good too. Although desserts can be improved. Location is far from airport, but worth it with less crowded beach nearby. Rooms are old fashioned, switches are old, can be improved.

Although it is rated 5-star, the service is hopeless when compared to several 3-star hotels. The staff are inefficient people who do not know the directions in the property.All the staff members require intensive training in handling the visitors. I wanted to connect over the call for an enquiry and despite calling more than four times out of which I was kept on hold 3 times, I couldn't get my query addressed.My check-in time was 2pm. I was held up in work and after a delayed flight, reached the property at 11pm. Despite that, I was made to wait at the front desk for more than 30min because the staff member was chit chatting with a guest who had already checked in instead of attending the person who is ready to check in.The rooms are good and the maintenance is okay. Phone line inside the room did not work properly which was later rectified.Despite mentioning it as a 24/7 multi-cuisine restaurant, very limited options were available. So it is definitely not 24/7 as claimed and the kitchen will close by 11.30pm.Property is located in Goa and I believe the staff are too laid back to attend to the guests. The beach shack restaurant is in very poor condition as the staff are very slow and the service is not at all satisfactory. There are limited numbers of buggies to travel inside the property so be ready to walk a lot.My recommendation:DO NOT visit this property as there are better properties with better offers and amenities available for a much cheaper rate. I went by the name and was disappointed with the service and cooperation of staff.

It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind amidst nature and enjoy premium hospitality. Highly recommend this gem in Goa!
